Which payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Alma (3 or 4 instalments, fee-free from €100), Klarna (30-day payment), and SEPA transfer for pro accounts. All payments are secured with 3D Secure.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order is not yet being prepared. Log in to your account, open the order and click “Edit”. After shipping, you have the 30-day right of withdrawal.
How do I get an invoice for my accounting?
The PDF invoice is automatically available in your customer area under “My orders” once shipped. For pro accounts, it is also sent by e-mail with recoverable VAT.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes: Alma offers payment in 3 or 4 instalments fee-free from €100 (instant approval, no paperwork). Klarna offers 30-day payment fee-free.
Delivery
What are the delivery times?
In Belgium and Luxembourg: 3 to 6 working days when in stock. Mainland France: 3 to 5 days via Colissimo. Netherlands: 2 to 4 days. Next-day express delivery is available as an option (+€9.90) for orders placed before 2pm.
Is delivery free?
Yes from €150 in Belgium, €200 in Luxembourg and €350 for France, Netherlands and Germany. Click & Collect in-store pickup is always free.
Do you deliver directly to the job site?
Yes, by reservation for pro accounts. Our “job-site delivery” includes a crane truck, drop-off on the ground or 1st floor depending on your constraints. From €45 depending on volume.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once shipped you receive an e-mail with the DPD / bpost / Colissimo tracking number. You can also track all your orders in your customer area.
Returns, after-sales & warranty
What is your return policy?
30 days to change your mind, no justification needed. The product must be in its original packaging. Returns are free in Belgium and Luxembourg (DPD label provided). Refund within 5 to 7 days of receipt.
What to do if a product is defective?
Contact our after-sales service ([email protected] or +32 2 449 81 22). We handle it under manufacturer warranty (2 to 10 years depending on the product) + we manage the relationship with the brand. Replacement or repair within 5 to 10 days depending on availability.
How long does the warranty last?
The Belgian legal warranty is at least 2 years. Most of our products come with an extended manufacturer warranty: 5 years Grohe, 10 years Vaillant, 5 years Bosch Pro, 25 years Geberit on support frames.
Do you have spare parts?
Yes for 95% of our catalogue. Spare-part stock is guaranteed 10 to 15 years after a product is discontinued for the major brands (Grohe, Geberit, Vaillant, Bosch, Hansgrohe).
B2B Pro account
How do I open a pro account?
Go to /pros and fill in the 2-minute form (BE company number, sector of activity). Our pro advisor calls you back within 24 working hours to validate your file and activate your volume pricing.
What benefits for pros?
Volume discounts up to −22% on pro brands, 30-day payment after opening, personalised quotes in under 24h, crane-truck job-site delivery, a dedicated technical advisor, access to the B2B counter in our Dilbeek store.
Can I manage multiple users?
Yes. The multi-user pro account lets you create access per account manager, site manager or accountant, with rights management (quote, order, payment, invoicing).
Is 30-day payment automatic?
After validation of your file (~5 days for the first opening, via AXA credit insurance), you pay by SEPA transfer at 30 days end of month. Ceiling adjustable based on your history.
Installation service & quotes
How does the installation service work?
Request a free quote at /services/pose or by phone. One of our RGE-certified craftsmen calls you back within 24h. Detailed quote within 48h, intervention within 7 to 15 days depending on scheduling.
What is the service area?
All of Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Lead times may vary in rural areas (max 10 days).
Are you RGE-certified?
All our partner craftsmen are RGE-certified (Reconnu Garant de l'Environnement) so you can benefit from Walloon/Flemish energy grants and Grand Duchy subsidies.
What is the installation warranty?
Ten-year warranty (10 years) on structural work (plumbing, heating, electrical) + one-year completion warranty on all services, in accordance with Belgian contractor law.
